It has come to our attention that scammers are targeting ATCO Electric customers. These fraudsters are impersonating ATCO representatives through phone calls and in-person visits. They’re demanding payment and threatening disconnection if you don’t comply.
❌ Don’t Fall Victim: Remember, ATCO representatives will never ask for immediate payment over the phone or demand personal information without prior notification.
🔒 Stay Vigilant: Protect yourself and your personal information. If you receive a suspicious call or visit, hang up or refuse entry. Then, contact ATCO directly to verify the legitimacy of the request.
