Property Tax Certificates

Ordering Tax Certificates

To order a tax certificate, please complete the form at the bottom of this page.

There is a $40 fee for each tax certificate.

Requests must include the following information:

  • Company name and mailing address
  • Legal land description, Provincial Linc, or roll number

To find a legal description, LINC number, and roll number, please use our GIS map.

Please note that the County does not provide tax searches.

Please note, tax certificate requests for properties within the Town of Strathmore, Village of Hussar, Village of Rockyford, and Village of Standard must be requested through their offices.
