Emergency Preparedness Week: Be Ready for Anything
This year, the national Emergency Preparedness Week campaign is May 1 to 7. The theme Emergency Preparedness: Be Ready for Anything is a reminder that preparedness isn’t just about being ready for the next big disaster. It’s about making preparedness a part of our routine so we are able to navigate disruptions, big or small.
This week, challenge yourself each day to take one step towards making preparedness a habit. Actions like packing extra snacks in your bag or buying a flat of water to store at home, are easy things you can do to help you better navigate future disruptions.
