Public notice for bridge files

Due to severe pile rot, BF 76863 (located at NW-29-22-26-W4M on RR 265, between HWY 22x and TWP 224) and BF 07943 (located at SW-23-26-23-W4M on RR 231A, between TWP 263A and TWP 263) are now restricted to 10 tonnes and the speed has been reduced to 50 km/h.

The restrictions are anticipated to remain in effect until the structures can be replaced in 2026. Preliminary Engineering and detailed design—which includes geotechnical investigation and environmental permitting—will commence in 2025.

Stakeholders owning land on either side of the bridge structure may be contacted as part of this project.
