Proposal
To amend the uses, site regulations, and special regulations within DC-7 – Cell 7, in order to allow for the subdivision of a ± 0.40 hectare (± 1.00 acre) parcel with a ± 1.70 hectare (± 4.20 acre) remainder. Additionally, the amendments would allow for the further development of the remainder lands.
