Due to ongoing concerns with COVID-19, Wheatland County Administrative Office, Agricultural Services Board Shop, and Public Works Shop remain closed until further notice.
Wheatland County is acting in the interest of public safety, proactively responding to an evolving worldwide scenario involving COVID-19. Community health and safety is our priority. We will continue to take further steps to help reduce the risk to our residents, visitors, and employees.
Wheatland County staff will still be monitoring emails and will also be available via phone. We ask that individuals with new business, call or email staff, and contact us to schedule a meeting.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented situation.
More information is available on our COVID-19 page.
Fire, Emergency, and Protective Services response levels are unaffected by the public closure of our facilities. Public Works’ operations such as road maintenance, snow plowing, and municipal utility servicing also remain unchanged. Waste Transfer Sites will continue to operate as regularly scheduled.
Any internal meetings with Wheatland employees are encouraged to move to online, phone, or email-based communications.
Most Wheatland staff are continuing to work in differing capacities during this time. We ask that individuals with new business to discuss can continue to call or email our staff and visit www.wheatlandcounty.ca/contactus to schedule a meeting.
Payments for utility bills, property taxes, permits, dog licenses, and more can be made in several ways – visit our payment options page to learn more. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
