Notice: Tree Maintenance and Removal on 8 Avenue in Gleichen
Attention Gleichen Residents:
As part of the scheduled tree maintenance and inspections of the boulevard trees on 8 Avenue in Gleichen, issues were identified with the health of 12-16 trees. Based on the inspections, at least 12 trees will need to be removed. Four others will be reassessed and may only require pruning. The following maps show the 16 trees subject to removal. Tree work is scheduled for June 24-28, 2024.
Wheatland County will plan to replace these trees in the spring/summer of 2025, working with adjacent landowners on the placement of the new trees.
