2017 Mowing & Spraying Program

The Agricultural Services Department is responsible for mowing and spot spraying along municipal roads, in hamlets, parks, cemeteries, waste transfer stations, and gravel pits. Wheatland County operates a unique system which allows for simultaneous mowing and spraying.

Agricultural Services staff will begin mowing grass and spot spraying weeds of all municipal roadsides in mid-June. The following schedule gives you an approximate time of when the mower/sprayers will be in your area.
