Landscaping and Screening Guidelines

Wheatland Council recently approved new Landscaping & Screening Guidelines. There has been concern amongst landowners and the County regarding the impact of development has on the visual quality of the landscape. This resource is intended to provide guidance to landowners, developers or landscape professionals proposing development activities that may need to be approved by the County. The Guidelines provide different landscaping and screening methods that the County may seek to create a positive visual impact of properties.
