Mike Kozlowski from Steel Pony Farm shares what a year looks like in CSA. From crop planning and budgeting to harvest and winter prep, every month brings challenges and opportunities. They focus on streamlined processes like irrigation systems and cold storage to ensure high-quality, fresh produce.
