How to Apply?
Completed Safety Code Permit applications can be submitted anytime by attaching your form and emailed to safetycodes@wheatlandcounty.ca. The applicable forms can be downloaded using the links below. Please note, you may also be required to complete a credit card authorization form for fee payment.
Online Forms
Thank you to those who have provided feedback on our online Safety Code Permit form during our pilot testing period. We have temporarily closed access to the online form while we work to implement changes and improve the experience based on the feedback we’ve received from our customers. We ask that in the interim, to use the manual form located on our website until further notice. Thank you again for your input and understanding!
Inspections
The Inspections Group is Wheatland County’s Safety Code Inspection Agency as of January 1, 2024. Any outstanding permits requiring inspections, that had been previously issued by Park Enterprises Ltd., will be completed by Park Enterprises Ltd.

Permit Fees
For a full list of fees, view the Wheatland County Schedule of Fees. Please note that work commencing without a permit will result in double the permit fee in accordance with the County’s Master Schedule of Fees.
