Wheatland County Administration, the Agricultural Service Board Shop, Waste Transfer Sites, and the Public Works Shop will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026 in observance of Family Day. Regular operations will resume on the next business day. We wish everyone a safe and happy Family Day!

Alberta Transportation Work Notification

Attention Motorists!

Alberta Transportation will be:

  • Paving westbound lane from HWY 561 to HWY 901.
  • Paving eastbound lane from approximately RR 210 to RR 211.
  • Performing intersection improvements at the HWY 547 and HWY 901 intersections.

Work will commence on August 2, 2022, and is anticipated to be complete by October 15, 2022.
