Wheatland County Agricultural Service Board Call for Applications:
Agricultural Service Board (ASB) Members-at-Large
Wheatland County invites applications from residents and property owners interested in serving as Members-at-Large on the County’s Agricultural Service Board (ASB). The ASB advises Council on agricultural matters by developing and evaluating policies and programs that support producers and rural communities across Wheatland County.
Who should apply
We’re looking for people who:
- Are knowledgeable across a range of agricultural areas;
- Reside in, or own property within, Wheatland County; and
- Can attend four (4) ASB meetings per year, participate in Regional and Provincial ASB Conferences, and, when requested, support other ASB-related committees or events.
Board terms & upcoming appointments
- Member-at-Large terms are three (3) years, with eligibility for reappointment.
